Kurnia Insurance (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (KIT), in its present shape and form came
to be in August 2001, when Kurnia Damai Sdn. Bhd. acquired Asia Dynamic Insurance
Co. Ltd. Kurnia's foray into the Thai insurance market marked a significant
episode in its regionalization plan. Numerous resources have been invested
and strong support devoted to reinvent KIT.
Kurnia is one of the largest and most successful general insurance companies
in Malaysia and South East Asia. KIT has adopted and built on Kurnia's pillar
of success, which is founded on fair business practices. KIT is committed to
protect the legitimate interests of its policyholders, and offer excellent
services and honest business opportunities to business partners.
KIT’s headquarter currently locates at Bangkok Central Business District
at Vorawat Building. To better serve our customers and business partners, KIT
has branches and service centers locating across the country.
At present, KIT has 4 branches, 2 service centers. Our strategic partners
include more than 200 panel garages and more than 210 panel hospitals. A strong
workforce of over 300 staffs is ready to provide excellent supports and services
to our valued customers and business partners.
People
KIT recognizes that unless we have the best people to support the organization,
technical know-how, business strategies alone will not be enough to sustain
rigorous business growth and to meet future challenges. Substantial resources
are being channeled to develop and implement a new Training and Career Development
Plan for our staff. With our aggressive recruitment programme, KIT is poised
to become a formidable force in Thai general insurance market.
