Kurnia Malaysia
Enhanced KAA & Kurnia Express
The 24-hour Kurnia Auto Assist (KAA) service is now further enhanced with
the deployment of ‘KAA Riders’ on motorcycles in the Klang Valley.
These riders will arrive at breakdown scene within 30 minutes in the Klang
Valley area to carry out possible repair.
With the increased number of help-calls for KAA Riders’ assistance over
the past few months since its launch, we have added in more house mechanics
to reach out to our increasing KAA customers in Klang Valley. The KAA riders
have doubled up to eight from four to station at different high traffic areas.
These riders are ever ready to service policyholders / customers within the
Klang Valley at any time of the day. The KAA Free Zone coverage for breakdown
assistance services has also been revised from its existing 10 km radius to
30 km radius as part of our service enhancement efforts. KAA card members get
to enjoy rebates or discounts from a wide range of merchants nationwide apart
from the free breakdown service.
The Kurnia Express (KE) is further enhanced to meet the needs of policyholders
in claims settlement. KE service enables comprehensive policyholders to immediately
settle their claims, either by cheque or direct deposit of cheque for own damage
claims of up to RM3,000. This service has also been extended to cover windscreen
claim of up to RM5,000 for those purchased an additional coverage for windscreen.
Get Compensated during Repair!
Launched in April 2009, CART is an extension of the comprehensive motor policy,
which provides compensation to policyholder for the number of days the car
is being repaired at the workshop according to the loss adjuster’s assessment.
Kurnia Insurans (M) Berhad (KIMB) will subsidize policyholders’ travelling
expenses while their cars are under repair.
Status Notification via SMS Alerts
The other value-added additions to the range include the free SMS alerts
and status notifications for renewal or filing a claim, JPJ online services,
e-Marketing through Kurnia.com. The service also enables customers to rate
our service quality and send feedback through SMS or make NCD enquiries.
