Billboards and community messages to promote safe driving for drivers and
passengers
Kurnia has always remained committed to be a responsible and caring corporate
citizen for the society and nation, while creating value for its shareholders.
Kurnia’s overall Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts focus
on caring for all its stakeholders, primarily aimed at promoting safety awareness
amongst the society. During the year, Kurnia has embarked on a series of campaigns
to create and promote road safety awareness among Malaysian drivers. Billboards
and community messages to promote safe driving for drivers and passengers were
placed at various prominent locations. Kurnia also contributed to Badan Kebajikan
Bekas Relawan Negara for their “Kempen Keselamatan Jalan Raya” that
helps to educate the public on road safety.
