Rumah Yakin Al-Wadi
On Sunday, November 4, 2006, an event themed "Caring Corporate Organisation" was
organized by our Sungal Petani Branch at Rumah Yakin Al-Wadi, Kedah. The objective
of this event was to boost the spirit of "Kurnia Cares" in the local community.
We always uphold our social responsibility to the needy to alleviate their
hardship. A total of 26 Kurnia staff and 15 agents from Sungal Petani took
part in this meaningful activity.
Among our agents who attended the event were Norzita binti Ahmad, Wawasan Anugerah Enterprise, Juta Enterprise, Lanen Enterprise, Khairul Azlan bin Mohd Idros, Khor Bee Hoon, Syt. Motor Kupang, Seng Institut, Ooi Siau Hwei, Arah Bersama Enterprise, Awang bin Musa, Mohd Amin, Mohd Saruji Afandi bin Yahaya, Norizan binti Moin and Swee Huat Motor.
The event was kicked off with an opening speech given by En. Daud Rahman, the supervisor of Rumah Yakin Al-Wadi. Thereafter, all the participants started mingling around and exchanging greetings during the happy occasion.
Lunch was served. It was full of fun and children were enjoying themselves
to the fullest.
Ms. Khor Chew Hong, our Branch Manager kept herself busy giving away food
and stationery to the orphans who were noted to be so joyous and happy.
