KIRC in the Spirit of Giving
During the joyous Hari Raya and Deepavali seasons, Kurnia Insurans invited children from three homes (Kompleks Anak Yatim Darul Kifayah, Rumah Annai Illam and Asrama Penyayang Nur Iman) over to its premises for an exciting DeepaRaya celebration, which included a sumptuous buka puasa meal as well as hampers and cash cash outs.
Kurnia Insurans continued with this spirit of caring and sharing during the Christmas season by organizing a charity drive to collect donations, food, clothes, toys, books and other used items for the above three orphanages. Kurnia staff generously donated cash and used items which were still in good condition.
On the eve of New Year's day, our KIRC (Kurnia Insurans Recreational Club) team in it's charitable spirit personally delivered the donations directly to the orphanage homes at Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. It was indeed a surprise for these orphanages to receive double blessings from Kurnia.
The charity drive yielded a total of RM3,644.50 which was collected and distributed to the orphanages with a personal contribution made by our Group Executive Chairman, Tan Sri S. K Kua.
KIRC would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who made donations in cash and kind to support the orphanages especially to Tan Sri S. K. Kua. Thank you all for making this event a success!
