AdWave 2005, University Sains Malaysia

The Award Winning Advertisements Exhibition (ADWAVE) 2005 is an annual project by the final year Persuasive Communication students of the School of Communication, Universiti Sains Malaysia. This competition serves as a platform for students to put their knowledge into practice as well as functions as a hub for advertising students from all local institutions of higher learning to share their ideas.

Adwave 2005 with the theme "Alternatives, Anyone?" was launched on January 15th, 2005 with Kurnia Insurans as co-sponsor by donating RM15,000. We believe that this event had encouraged "excellent" ideas from all participants and instill creative ideas through the Kurnia Insurans Creative Billboard Ad Competition. Mr. Kua Hock Lai of Butterworth branch attended the prize giving ceremony to hand out the prizes to the winners.

Adwave 2005 is endorsed by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4A's).
